The ease of learning about the process and scheduling a pick-up over the phone; the professionalism of the two employees who came to pick up my junk; the fact that as much of the junk is repurposed/saved from the landfill as possible. 1. It is convinent and simple 2. It is on time The only flaw is that one might feel that there are too much calls to confirm the service. But it is not a problem for me personally.
